# my healthy eating plan A minimized guideline for healthy eating for modern world ## What not to eat: -No animal products of any kind (no meats, eggs, dairy, no fish) -No gluten grains (no wheat, barley, rye etc) -No oils -Nothing fried -Nothing baked -Nothing cooked at higher temperatures than boiling water -No white rice -No potatoes (except sweet potatoes) -No white sugar -No coffee, alcohol, tobacco -No carbonated juices or with sugar ## What to eat: -Fruits -veggies -nuts -seeds -beans -grains without gluten (Amaranth, Arrowroot, Buckwheat, Corn, Flax, Millet, Quinoa, dark Rice, wild rice, Sorghum, Soy, Tapioca=cassava root, Teff) Most of the food should be raw. Some exceptions are allowed for beans, corn, sweet potato where boiling should be the method of cooking.
