# morning smoothie Each day I make a smoothie that contains something like: 2 bananas 2 apples 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries 4 leaves of kale (or 2 cups of spinach or romaine lettuce) 50g pumpkin seeds 50g flax seeds 2 kernels of Brazil nuts 1 scoop of Vega all in one shake 2 Tbsp green tea leaves water I'm mixing all ingredients in a blender and drink it fresh. * Edit 2023 - I no longer start my day with a smoothie like this. I do it occasionally when I have extra fruits, but now I start my day with a green tea.
