For example salmon is one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids, the wild one, not the farmed salmon of course. If you are vegan, the flax seeds alternative is second best, but less efficient. Quinoa would give the extra protein and fibre, carrots the vitamin E, green tea good for so many things. I might wanted to add extra greens but if sea moss is there I think it covers it.
