# lunch bean stew For the main meal of the day, lunch, I prefer a large portion of bean stew, that's more like a vegetable stew that also has beans: ingredients: -1.5 cups black beans soaked as much as possible (15 minutes up to overnight) -3 large potatoes -1 large onion -2 large tomatoes -2 long carrots -1 tsp salt -1 tsp paprika powder -1/2 tsp turmeric -1.5 liter water chop and mix all ingredients in the pressure cooker (I use instant pot) and boil it for 35 minutes. Then it can be served with added parsley. The above quantities yield portions for multiple days.
